Funds advanced on 2nd mortgage in Lower Mainland (Coquitlam)
Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp advanced funds last week on a mortgage in 2nd position secured by a family home in Coquitlam BC. With the mortgage in place, this primary residence now has a Loan to Value (LTV) of 75% (determined by independent appraisal). The terms of the mortgage support Alta Pacific’s goal in delivering consistent returns to its investors. The borrower is using funds to complete an in-law suite (and its actually for the in-laws… imagine that!).
